Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of Watrana’s websites and services for forklifts, rentals, AMCs, parts, and training. Watrana includes Watrana Traction Private Limited and Watrana Rentals Private Limited.
Acceptance
By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting a form, or placing an order/rental request, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
Use of the site is intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of trade. You confirm you have authority to bind your organization.
Services
Watrana supplies and supports forklifts and material handling equipment, including sales, rentals, AMCs, genuine parts, and operator training. Watrana is an authorized dealer for leading OEMs in material handling and warehousing equipment.
Quotes and orders
• Quotes are indicative until accepted in writing by Watrana and may change based on availability, specifications, and location.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and pre dispatch checks; Watrana may refuse or cancel orders with full refund of any advance paid.
Prices and taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, surcharges, delivery, installation, operator charges, and insurance unless expressly stated otherwise. All statutory levies are payable by the customer.
Delivery and installation
Estimated dispatch and commissioning timelines are targets and not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment unless a rental agreement applies.
Rentals
• Rental tenure, uptime commitments, preventive maintenance, operator provision, and damage liability are governed by the signed rental agreement or work order.
• Equipment misuse, overloading, or operation by untrained personnel voids uptime commitments and may attract penalties.
AMCs and service
Annual Maintenance Contracts cover preventive maintenance and defined breakdown support within service windows; consumables and accident damage are excluded unless specified.
Spare parts
Only genuine or OEM approved equivalents are supplied; warranty is as per the manufacturer’s policy and limited to replacement or repair of the defective part.
Customer obligations
Provide accurate site conditions, safe access, power and charging (for electric/Li ion), fuel, and necessary permits. Ensure trained operators and compliance with safety norms.
Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services and site content are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watrana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or downtime. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service or part giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, photographs, product images, drawings, and content on the site are the property of Watrana and/or respective OEMs and may not be used without written permission.
User content
Any inquiries, specifications, or documents you provide must be lawful and accurate. You grant Watrana a non exclusive license to use such information to deliver quotes and services.
Third party links
Links to OEMs and logistics/payment partners are provided for convenience. Watrana is not responsible for their content or practices.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable safety, import, export, and data protection laws in relation to equipment and site use.
Suspension or termination
Watrana may suspend access or cancel orders for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, safety concerns, or non payment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate contract specifies otherwise.
Changes
Watrana may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
